Refund policy

Returns & Refunds:

Refunds are offered on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Credit to the original payment method for the product will be applied once the unopened product has been received at LifeSource. Customers are responsible for return postage. Please contact customer service (800-567-8122) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. No refunds will be issued for open or used product.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable due to carrier delays or weather delays. Expedited orders are shipped within one business day and are given an estimation not a guarantee.

Address or other customer error:

If a package is returned to LifeSource Vitamins due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it, before the ship date.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time before the next ship date. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

If you change your mind on a subscription after it has shipped you may return the unopened products within 30 days of purchase. International order disclaimers:

Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to LifeSource Vitamins, we cannot issue a refund for the order.

Import taxes, customs duties, and tariffs that may apply are the customers responsibility. Prices and shipping costs do not include these fees.

Each country has its own laws and regulations. We cannot predict or estimate additional customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to pay these fees or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees. These fees are determined by your local authority. LifeSource Vitamins has no control over these fees and does not collect any money from them.
