Ingredients: 1 Medium Papaya

5 pitted Dates (not dried dates)

1 Red Apple

Cut rind off and remove the seeds from the papaya and cut in chunks. Core, peel and cut apples into quarters. Juice all ingredients including dates. Add ice or refrigerate until cold and enjoy.
