Ingredients: 6 to 12 Strawberries
8 pitted Dates (not dried dates)
1 to 2 Bananas (small)
Prepare strawberries and cut in halves. Peel and cut up bananas. Juice all ingredients including dates. Add ice or refrigerate until cold and enjoy.
Strawberries stabilize blood glucose levels and are rich in nutrients. Bananas are very high in potassium. Strawberries and bananas are high in Vitamin C. Dates are low in calories, fat free, cholesterol free and contain no sodium. They are a natural sweetener. The combination is delicious.
