Banana & Kiwi Smoothie -

Ingredients: 5 Kiwis
1 Ripe Banana
Peel the kiwis and juice
them. Chop the banana and either mash it with the kiwi juice or add the kiwi
juice and banana to a blender and whiz until smooth.
PMS symptoms can range from
cramps, to lethargy, irritability, headaches and even dull skin usually
occurring a few days prior to menstruation. Fruit juices, such as this one, are
rich in Vitamin B and Magnesium and can help to regulate the hormone imbalance
associated with these symptoms. Bananas also are a good source of Tryptophan
which is an amino acid that helps the body produce serotonin that has a calming
effect on the brain and can act as a gentle sedative.
