Banana & Kiwi Smoothie - Best for PMS

Ingredients: 5 Kiwis

1 Ripe Banana

Peel the kiwis and juice them. Chop the banana and either mash it with the kiwi juice or add the kiwi juice and banana to a blender and whiz until smooth.
