Gingerly Grapes - Morning Starter
Ingredients: 25 Red Grapes
2 Inches of fresh peeled Ginger
3 oz. Water (Regular or Sparkling) to dilute
Wash the grapes. Peel and chop the lemon. Juice the ingredients including the ginger. Pour into a glass and top with water.
This is an excellent source of antioxidants that combat damaging effects of free radicals on our bodies. The ginger stimulates circulation. The B1 in the grape is essential for the repair and growth of body tissue and the processing of carbohydrates for energy.
