Light and Easy Vanilla Cake - Recipes

Time: Prep - 10 minutes Cook - 30 minutes Yield -12 servings


  • 1 package (18.25-18.5oz) white cake mix
  • 1 2/3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute or 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Imitation Butter Flavor


  1. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, water, egg substitute or egg white, vanilla extract and butter flavor on low speed until moistened.
  2. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
  3. Pour batter into lightly greased and floured 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 F 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cool and cut into squares.
