International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
	Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
	Refunds: Refunds are offered on Unopened Products within 30 days of purchase. Credit for the product will be applied once the Unopened Product has been received at LifeSource. Customers are responsible for return postage. Please contact customer service (800-567-8122) for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Address or other customer error: If a package is returned to LifeSource Vitamins due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only. International order disclaimers: Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to LifeSource Vitamins, we cannot issue a refund for the order. Import taxes, customs duties, and tariffs that may apply are the customers responsibility. Prices and shipping costs do not include these fees. Each country has its own laws and regulations. We cannot predict or estimate additional customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to pay these fees or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees. These fees are determined by your local authority. LifeSource Vitamins has no control over these fees and does not collect any money from them.
