Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries and/or blueberries
  • 1 (6oz) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 4 Tbls fat-free whipped topping

Directions

  1. Blend fruit, yogurt and milk in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glass and top with whipped topping.
