* 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
* 1/2 cup raspberries
* 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or raspberry vinegar
* 2 teaspoons granulated sugar (sugar substitute may be used)
In a blender, combine the yogurt, raspberries, vinegar and sugar. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until chilled.
