Plum Juice - Constipation
Ingredients: 2 or 3 Plums or Prunes
2 Green Apples
Remove pits from the plums or prunes. Core and cut apple into chunks. Core and slice the pear. Juice all ingredients and pour into a glass and serve.
If you are using dried prunes, prior to making the juice, you will need to soak the dried prunes in some water. Instead of juicing them, you'll need to blend the prunes with 1 cup of water in a blender at high speed.
