Bone Healer

Ingredients: 2 Apples

6 Leaves of Savoy Cabbage

Half an Onion

Fresh grated Nutmeg

Chop the apples, peel the onion and chop up half of the onion. Wash the cabbage leaves. Juice the onion first, then the cabbage and lastly the apple. Mix the juices and pour in a glass and grate a little nutmeg on the top.

Cabbage and onions are rich in calcium which strengthens bones and helps fractures to heal more quickly. Onions can help improve bone health by increasing bone density. Apples contain significant amounts of phyto-chemicals found in plants that help protect cells from damage. Nutmeg is also rich in calcium.
